How To Obtain Quotes.
Your Client Can Call Us For A Quote.
We ask, what company they are working with and who is their designer? They are entered into our database and linked to the name of the referring designer. We gather information about the job requirements and provide them a quote over the phone or schedule a time to see the job, if it is something out of the ordinary. If they already have an installation date from you, we schedule the tear out 1-2 days prior to installation.
You Can Call Us And Provide A One Stop Shop For Your Clients.
You can call to obtain a quote for your client, if you prefer! Your clients will love this because they feel they are receiving full service treatment. Clients love when you go the extra mile for them. Since you have already measured the space, you know the dimensions and what is there currently.

How To Sell Our Services To Your Clients!
Please make sure you give out our business card and 50% off coupon on every appointment. Explain to your client that even if their job with you does not require any tear out (for instance, you are designing a wall unit or office unit) they can still enter to win 50% off any work they have us do and they have three months to complete the work if they win!

As shown on the coupon, your client will e-mail us at: teressa@closetprepandpaint.com, with their name, address and phone #. Each coupon is preprinted with your name and what company you work for. A new supply will be mailed to each designer every month. The drawing will be held on the 1st business day of every month and the winner will be notified the same day by e-mail. If the winner’s work is completed, a check for 50% of their job will be mailed automatically, within 5 days of the drawing or a credit issued for any balance due, if work is not yet completed. There is a maximum order of $2,000 and every client must include the coupon with their signed contract with Closet Prep & Paint. The winner will have 3 months from the time their name was drawn to complete the job. Coupons will expire at the end of each month and clients may only enter once. When the coupon expires, clients will no longer be able to submit their name for the drawing. If you have left over coupons at the end of the month, you can change the expiration date to the following month (although you will receive a new package in the mail as well). If you run out of coupons, contact teressa@closetprepandpaint.com and more will be mailed to you.
Designer Training!
Closets and Pantries. Say you're designing a walk in closet that has a major tear out including a stack of wood shelves and two hanging rods. You could say... Let's talk a minute about your existing system and how to prepare your walls ahead of time. All these shelves and rods need to be removed from the wall which causes allot of damage to your drywall, and is very time consuming to do yourself. To achieve the best finished look for your space, the walls really need to be spackled, sanded, and painted before we install your new custom closet. You just won’t be happy with me or your new closet if you don’t prepare the walls ahead of time. We work with a company that specializes in preparing closets and you can enter to win 50% off the work. I'll give you their card. All you need to do to enter, is send them an e-mail with your information. Details are attached to their business card and you have three months to complete the work if you win. They schedule your tear out 1-2 days prior to installation, remove existing rods and shelves, spackle, sand, paint and haul away the debris in just one day so your clothes are not all over the house for weeks. Hanging drywall is difficult and very time consuming to do yourself. You just won’t be happy with me or your new garage if you don’t prepare the walls ahead of time.
